Come and enjoy a lesson on how to brine your olives and make a delicious homemade tapenade. Appetizers and cheese will be served. Beer, wine, tea and water will be sold by the glass.

Enhance Your Food With Herbs and Vinegar| Admission: $25.00 per person

Learn to cook and incorporate herbs and vinegars into your meals from an expert, Mary Dunsford owner of Nature’s Herbs will present how herbs enhance your food’s taste as well as how to make and use vinegars. You will be provided lunch, Rose Germanium Pound Cake and a glass of Olive Leaf tea or Black tea.
