Ingredients
  • 1 Large yellow onion
  • 1tbsp Sandy Oaks Olive Oil
  • 3tbsp Sandy Oaks Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Add olive oil to skillet and heat on low. Add onion slices, vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook on low until onions are reduced and stringy, about 45 minutes.
  2. Use to dress hamburgers, grilled steak sandwiches.
